Just wanted to give a short shoutout to everyone, and say Happy New Years... and dont get ran over skating across the street by some drunken driver...

Well We have added a few new things to the site as you have probably noticed... The poll is a good example, look for that to change weekly or so. We have also made it a little easier to get a quick idea of the number of photos or spots from your state. Just checkout the by state page. The number of pictures or spots will appear right next to the name of your state. You can search right from there also, either by just clicking your state, or clicking a specific terrain/category under your state. We currently have about 56 members in SkateboardSpots, and thats without even showing up in Search engines, but we still want more. Like we have said all along we want this to be the best place for Skateboarders to hangout on the web. So if you have any suggestions or complaints, dont hesitate to send them to sean@skateboardspots.com. And if you have friends that would like to hear about SkateboardSpots, please let em know!

We cant even believe it! Everyone here is absolutley amazing! I was just talking to my friend today that it would be so cool if we could make it to 100 spots by the end of the year. I leave for a couple of hours and come home to 100 by the end of the day!! Im glad that this site is working. I hope it becomes a great resource for everyone! Special thanks especially to Mongofreestyle and sk8man113 for submitting tons of spots over the past few days. Both these guys have already advanced to the level of "techdawgs" in the site. Thanks guys, you dont even know how cool this is. We are amazed.

So we got this links part to the site right, but we would like it to be a little more interesting. For instance in the skateboarding articles category there are links to some great news articles written about skatebarding. Articles like AZCentral on Skateparks, and Skateboarding and Racism that deal with the "political" aspects of skateboarding. So what exactly is your take on these articles? Do you think Racism exitsts in Skateboarding? DO you think Parks will replace Street skating? Remember this is your site too, so post your comments to these 2 articles and say what you think.   go »

Well We are trying to get as many people to become active at this site as possible, but like I said before, We are just a bunch of poor skateboarders so we need your help!
